SPORTS TRAINING & FITNESS SESSIONS - Book out Jump n Putt for your teams netball, football, soccer, rugby league or any other sports training. Tailored skill, fitness and team building sessions to suit your clubs/teams requirements. $10 per person.

 

 

 

FITNESS CLASSES - JUMPfit classes run every Monday night 5.30-6.30pm and Saturday mornings 8-9am. Group fitness sessions include jumping, boxing, cardio, circuits, box jumps, core work, toning etc. Bookings not required - just turn up. Only $10 per person.

TRAMPrevamp Recovery sessions – email booking to admin@jumpnputt.com.au or phone 69319990 to book your sports recovery, fitness or skills training session. Recovery sessions include stretch session (Thera-band Resistance bands), boxing, cardio on the tramps, high volume balls skills and team meeting/coach review facilities.
